摘要
从信息系统和行政管理结合的角度,阐述了电子政务系统的概念、组成及分类。明确了电子政务系统由系统资源、应用软件系统、系统管理3部分组成,并按照行政管理活动层次将电子政务系统分为业务处理系统、管理信息系统和决策支持系统3个层次,对于各部门分清系统开发的优先次序、开发重点有一定的参考意义。
From the angle of the integration of information system and administrative management, this paper expounds the conception, composition and classification of e- government system, showing that e- government system is composed of three parts of system resource, application software system and system management, and divides e- government system into three levels of business treatment system, management information system and decision support system according to the administrative management activity levels, which can be used as reference for each department to make clear the priority and emphasis of the development of the system.
