服务是图书馆的宗旨,是文化体制改革和图书馆自身发展的需要。要充分发挥图书馆的服务职能,就要克服影响图书馆服务水平的种种不利因素,认真贯彻执行《中国图书馆员职业道德准则》,从观念和制度上确立服务是图书馆工作的根本的服务理念。
