摘要
目的 探讨农娱治疗在精神分裂患者社会功能康复中所起的作用。方法 治疗组315例,采用药物治疗结合农娱治疗;对照组300例,使用单纯药物治疗。对以上两组的治疗结果,经住院慢性精神分裂症社会功能评定量表测查,对测查结果进行统计学处理。结果 治疗组与对照组的社会功能恢复程度存在显著性差异。结论农业治疗结合体娱治疗,对精神分裂症患者的社会功能康复,有一定的促进作用。
Objective This article is aimed to show the role of farming therapy in psychosocial rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenic inpatients. Methods 315 cases were enrolled in the treatment group which involved farming therapy, recreational therapy and antipsychotics treatment. 300 cases were enrolled in control group whish only involved antipsychotics treatment. Patients in both groups were chronic schizophrenic inpatients. The Scales of Social Skills of Chronic Schizophrenic Inpatients (SSSI) was rated in this research and was analyzed statistically. Results Social function in the treatment group was improved significantly compared with the control group. Conclusions Fanning therapy combining recreational therapy may improve social function of chronic schizophrenic inpatients.
