摘要
为探索现代医院文化的外延和内涵 ,从现代医院文化的整体概念和现代医院文化的模式及其表现形态来进行阐述。认为现代医院必须着力于现代医院文化的内涵的培育 ,努力塑造优秀的医院文化才能使医院在激烈的竞争中得以持续发展。
The article illustrated the overall concept, pattern, and its expression of modern hospital culture, and put forward that modern hospital should focus on enriching the implication of hospital culture and building up a favorable environment so that it can achieve sustained development in the increasingly competitive world of hospitals.
