摘要
箱框型三维机织物是制作复合材料用的一种预制件.结合上机织造实践,从组织结构、组织参数和上机图3个方面阐明了其结构设计理论和织造工艺,并分析了送经卷取机构运动的特点、织口位置变化的规律以及所需的梭子个数.
The box profile 3-D woven fabric is a kind of composite preform. The work presented researches on the structure design theory and weaving technology from woven structure,woven parameters, looming draft and weaving process,analyzes the moving character of let-off and take-up motions, and points out the changing law of cloth fell position as well as the shuttle number needed.
