摘要
主要从附加弯矩、摩擦弯矩和附加水平力等方面对四辊轧机工作辊辊系的稳定性进行了全面的分析 ,并建立了影响辊系稳定性的力学模型 。
By analyzing the additional bending moment, friction bending moment and additional horizontal force, this article has fully analyzed the stability of the work rolls in the four roller mill, meanwhile the mechanical models which affect the stability of the rolls have been set up, which has offered the theoretical base to define the optimized offset for the rolls.
