摘要
轧制油是铝板、带、箔生产工艺中极为重要的辅助材料,它直接影响到工艺运行和最终产品的质量,而轧制油中的添加剂含量又是轧制油的一个主要指标。用红外光谱法测定轧制油中的添加剂含量,能达到快速、准确的目的,同时完全避免了化学方法中烦琐、误差较大以及成本较高(耗费大量试剂)的缺点。详细论述了用红外光谱法测定铝板、带、箔轧制油中添加剂的含量,并对其精密度、误差以及需注意的事项进行了分析,结果表明,此方法与其他方法相比较有明显的优点。
The rolling oil is a especially important assistant material for productive technics of aluminium strip. It directly influences the running of the technics and the quality of the final products. The content of the additives in the rolling oil that is a primary target to the control process of rolling oil. Using infrared spectrum to determine the content of the additives in the rolling oil, the purpose of prompt and precise can be reached, simultaneously, the defect which shows complicated, makes large errors, cost expensively (spend a deal of reagents) by chemical method can be completely avoided. It is discussed in detail to determine the content of additives in aluminium strip rolling oil, as well as the analysis of its accurate, errors, caution. As a result, this method has more merits than other ones.
