摘要
根据容器壁中超声波余振信号透射衰减原理,提出一种容器定点液位检测的方法和实施方案,测量时探头只需附着于容器壁外。该检测装置安装简单、灵敏度高、可靠性好,非常适用于高压和腐蚀性液体容器上限液位的检测与报警。
An ultrasonic method for testing the liquid level of a container at a fixed point and the relative system were proposed by which a transducer was fixed on the outside surface of the container. The method was simple and high in sensitivity and reliability, and was very suitable for testing the upper liquid level of high pressure and corrosive liquid containers.
