摘要
以上海市为例,分析了都市型工业和都市工业园区的概念、特点及作用;指出都市工业园区的做法为我国都市区的空间重组提供了一种新的理念和途径,并介绍了上海市在发展都市型工业和建设都市工业园区方面的一些业绩和规划设想,通过上海市典型都市工业园区和楼宇的引介,为我国其他都市区发展都市型工业和建设都市工业园区提供借鉴。
