总结了对15名糖尿病肾病病人进行持续性不卧床腹膜透析的护理体会,强调了预防并及时处理透析相关性腹膜炎、隧道炎及腹透导管出口处感染,严密监测及控制血糖,重视家庭腹膜透析患者的指导,是提高病人的生活质量、预防并发症的关键。
