摘要
高校规模的急剧扩大,已使在校大学生及其各个方面都呈现出多层次、多样化的发展格局。这种发展格局客观上要求实现高等教育教学目标、教学方式和教师职能的转变,即由偏重教"学问"转变到育"创新"上来,学生的学习由被动接受转变为主动学习,教师由教书先生转变为学生学习的指导者。
The rapid expansion of higher education makes the student population at universities more various concerning all aspects. Objectively speaking, this requires the necessary transformation in terms of teaching goal, teaching methods and teachers’ function in higher education. In other words, the emphasis on educate students to learn “knowledge” should be shifted to train them learn “how to innovate”. Students should be encouraged to learn actively instead of learning passively. Teachers are no longer those who can only teach students, their duty is rather to facilitate students to learn.
