摘要
农民家庭暴力与法律的关系主要表现在法律的不完善和人们法律意识的淡薄是产生家庭暴力的重要原因。要预防和制止家庭暴力,首先必须健全相关的立法体系,其次要完善司法干预模式,最后要构建相应的社会网络,加大宣传力度,真正做到依法治暴。
The relationships between peasant’s domestic violence and law can include the faulty law and the peasant’s dim consciousness, which is one of the important causes for domestic violence; and hence it becomes an important way to resolve the problems of domestic violence through perfecting the legislative system and the judicial mode, constructing the social security network and building social atmosphere etc included.
