摘要
近年理论界对有限政府论的研究多是从经济角度分析,侧重于说明有限政府与市场经济的内在联系,而要进一步探讨其理论基础则需从哲学角度入手。正是自由主义的三大原则:自然权利论、功利原理和个人权利优先论构成了有限政府论的哲学基础,有限政府论与自由主义密不可分。
The research about the restricted government theory conducted by social scientists in recent years are mostly from the perspective of economics with an emphasis on the internal connection between the restricted government and the market economy. If we want to further explore the theoretical foundation, we convert the research from the economical perspective to philosophical perspective. The philosophical foundation of the restricted government lies in the three major principles of liberalism: the theory of natural right, the utilitarianism theory and individual-oriented priority.
