摘要 针对叶片泵定子这种复杂曲线类零件的测量 ,介绍了一种由VC ++开发的计算机测量控制系统 ,采用旋转接触式三座标测量仪通过计算机控制对定子曲线进行测定。用待定系数法和函数最优法 ,得到数据文件并自动绘制经数据拟合后的曲线图形。该测控系统较一般的三座标轴测量机在结构上要简单 。 According to the measure of stator curve, the controlling system was developed by VC++ under windows operating system.The complicated transition curve was measured by revolving contact three-coordinate measuring machine. It adopted the method of undetermined coefficients and optimization. By the control of computer system,the processed dates to files and the optimization curve was gotten easily. The system is simple in structure and the software is characteristic in its graphical user interface and powerful data processing function.
