摘要
研制了一种基于 1 .0 6 4μm导引头的光斑测试仪。该测试仪以 1 .0 6 4μm导引头为被测对象 ,以红外面阵CCD探测器为接收器 ,采用 1 .0 6 4μm的激光光源模拟无穷远点光源 ,分析光源通过被检系统后 ,其焦平面上成像光斑的质量。通过RS 2 32串口通讯及图像采集卡的实时数据采集自动寻找最佳像面位置及最大视场角。测试结果表明 :系统重复性好、可靠性高、自动化程度高。
A new infrared guidance head system (1.064 μm) with the area array CCD camera is introduced. The measuring system analyze the quality of illuminating spot on the position of focal plane when the illuminant of LD passes through the infrared guidance head. The optimum image position and the largest field angle are found with RS 232 serial port communication and real time data acquirement of the Image Collect Card. The experimental result shows that the system has better repetition, higher reliability and higher automation than the traditional one.
