摘要
高校思想政治教育工作,要针对学生中存在的现实问题,培养当代大学生的完善人格,独立的思维和创新意识,营造良好的师生关系,培养学生正确的价值观,辨证统一自我价值与社会价值的实现,引导学生逐步增强市场竞争意识。
Ideological and political work of university should aim at solving the practical problems in students';Cultivating current students' perfect personality,independent thinking and creative mind;Creating good teacher-student relationship;Developing students' correct values and dialectical individual and social value;Training the students to enhance awareness of market competition and quickening the process of socialization.
