通过改进锻造工艺,根据锻模的尺寸和形状确定热处理技术要求,淬火加热前进行预热,改进回火工 艺以及改进使用方法等一系列措施,提高了5CrMnMo钢热锻模的使用寿命,提高了企业的经济效 益。
The service life of hot forging die of 5CrMnMo steel was increased by meanse of a series of measures, such as an improvement on forging process, defining heat treatment technical requirements according to size and shape of the forging die, preheating before quenching heating, an improvements on tempering process and operating way of the die. As a result, economic efficiency was improved on.
