摘要
诚信,即诚实与信用,其产生和运行的基础是商品关系。诚信是我国社会主义市场经济健康发展的重要支柱。因此,诚信及其体系的建设意义很大。诚信体系的建设,应以诚信主体之间的关系为出发点,以政府诚信建设为关键,以征信及评信机制建设为灵魂。我们应该采取适当的做法,把社会主义市场经济的诚信体系建设好。
The honest credit, in this essay, means good faith. Its foundation for coming into being and operation is the commodity relationship. Honest credit plays a pillar part in the socialist market economic development. Therefore, it is very significant to gain the honest credit and to establish its system. We should consider the relationship among the subjects as the starting point to construct an honest credit system, with the government's honest credit as as a key-point, the mechanism construction of collecting and judging credit information as the soul. We should also take suitable measures to construct a good honest credit system in socialist market economy.
