(栽培大麦×纤毛鹅观草)×栽培大麦回交B_1的同工酶研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文通过对(栽培大麦×纤毛鹅观草)×栽培大麦,回交B_1及其亲本的同工酶分析,研究了回交B_1与亲本之间同工酶谱带的异同,它们之间的亲缘关系。结果表明:回交B_1各植株的酶谱与栽培大麦相似,但也出现了一些变异。具有一些纤毛鹅观草的酶带。认为在回交B_1各株中,不同程度的具有纤毛鹅观草的遗传物质,这与其形态学,细胞学研究结果一致。本研究中,以幼穗脂酶同工酶效果最好。 This paper reports the study of relationship of isozyme between backcross B_1 of (cultivated barley×R. ciliaris)×cultivated barley, and their parents by mean of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in young leaves, flag leaves and young spikes. The results showed that the zymogram patterns of all backoross B_1 were similar to those of cultivated barley parent. But some variances were occured, they have some isozyme bands come from R. ciliaris, respectively. The results indicate that there were some genetic materials of R. ciliaris in the backcross B_1 plants, which supports the result of cytological and, morphological studies on the backcross B_1 of (cultivated barley×R. ciliaris)×cultivated barley. The efficienfcy of esterase isozymes of young—spikes is the best in this study.
