论素质教育背景下理工院校图书馆功能的调适

On the Adjustment of libraries in Universities of Science and Engineering in the Quality Education Setting

摘要 文章试图在分析素质教育本质要求的基础上 ,从理工院校实施素质教育的现实条件出发 ,针对理工科学生素质教育的现状 。 Based on analyzing the essential requirements for and the present situation in which universities carry out this education, this paper attempts to discuss the reform requirements raised by quality education.
