摘要
由于传输环境的剧烈变化,移动通信系统不能工作在最佳的信源编码速率和信道编码速率。而第三代移动通信系统(3GPP)中采用了自适应多速率(AMR)语音编码器来解决这一问题,AMR编码器采用自适应算法来选择最佳的语音编码速率,同时考虑到输入语音信号不激活的情况下,源控速率(SCR)操作允许以较低的速率对输入的语音信号进行编码。
Due to the intense change of the transmission environment, the mobile communication system can not work in the optimal source coding rate and channel coding rate. The 3rd Generation Partnership Project uses the adaptive multi_rate speech coder to solve this problem.The coder adopts the adaptive algorithm to select the optimal speech coding rate. At the same time, considering the instance of speech signal on activity, the source_controlled rate operation allows the input speech signal to be coded by lower rate.
