摘要
本文叙述了自行设计开发的电控发动机信号测量和控制系统的电路原理及其应用。该系统具有数据采集、数据保存、实时监视和现场控制的功能。电路中采用光耦隔离、射极跟随器和比较器优化组合来提高电路的可靠性和抗干扰性 ,同时可消除因测量带来的对原机信号的影响。用该系统对新开发的嘉陵CH - 12 5电控喷射LPG发动机的信号进行了测试 ,取得了良好的效果 ,为发动机的燃料调整特性。
The principle and application of the electronic measurement and control system and its circuits for a small electronically controlled engine are presented. The system functions as data sampling, saving, on-line monitoring and on-site controlling. It was applied successfully in the experiments of electronically controlled engine modified from CH-125 LPG engine. By adopting optimized combination of optical couple insulation, voltage follower and voltage comparators, the circuit reliability and anti-interference capability was enhanced, and the infect on original engine signals while being measured was removed.
