摘要
本文基于计算机技术、多媒体技术、通信技术的运用和结合,对如何搭建远程教育平台进行了研究和讨论,并设计出了基于互联网和电信网的远程教育网络平台和应用系统平台的体系架构。
The paper discusses how to construct distance education plateform, and system structure of distance education network plateform and application system plateform based on internet and telecom network.
