摘要
在对一类模糊控制器的实现方式进行了分析的基础上,针对嵌入式系统的特点,提出了一种基于Takagi Sugeno模型的工程化实时模糊控制算法,并将其应用于小型数控机床的主轴电机驱动系统设计。实验结果表明,该嵌入式模糊控制系统具有实时性强、响应速度快、精度高的特点,在现场控制中有效可行。
Firstly, the realizing way for a class of fuzzy controller are analyzed, then the engineering fuzzy control algorithm based on Takagi\|Sugeno model is presented for aiming at embedded system and applied to the design of spindle driver system on CNC machine. The experiments results show that the proposed embedded fuzzy control system has better performance in the rapid response, real\|time and precision and is useful in field control system design.
