摘要
1998年5月,欧洲四国教育部长签署了《梭尔邦宣言》,呼吁欧洲各国共同为建设一个开放的欧洲高等教育区而努力,这是欧洲高等教育发展史上的一个重要转折点。文章分析了《梭尔邦宣言》出台的背景,以及到目前为止它对欧洲国家高等教育政策所带来的影响。
In May1998,Educational Ministries of four European countries signed Sorbonne Declara-tion in which they called on other Member States of the Union and other European countries join them to engage in the endeavor to create an open European Area of Higher Education.That was an important milestone in the European Higher education development history.This article analyzes the background of Sorbonne Declaration's coming out and its effect on the European higher education policy.
