摘要
本实验研究了膨润土对赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、维生素B2 的吸附特点。结果表明 ,膨润土对赖氨酸、维生素B2 在酸性条件下的吸附能力比在碱性条件下高 ;对蛋氨酸吸附性弱 ,甚至表现为负吸附。膨润土对赖氨酸吸附量大 ,而吸附解吸率低 。
The adsorption of bentonite for lysine,methionine and vitamine B 2 was studied.The adsorptive ability of bentonite for lysine and vitamine B 2 was higher in pH 1.63 than in pH 8.25.The bentonite did not sorb methionine,it even had negative adsorption for methionine.As the bentonite had high affinity for lysine,the bentonite-lysine complex was stable.So lysine should be complemented in feed when bentonite was utilized as feed additive.
