摘要
本文就我国数字图书馆建设的现状及中小型图书馆自身的状况 ,提出了“中小型图书馆该不该搞数字图书建设”这一问题 ,然后就此问题阐述了自己的观点。
On the basis of the current situation that our country constructs the digital library in middle -sized or small-sized library,this paper argues that whether the construction of digital library should be implemented or not,and then puts forward an idea ab out it.
