摘要
设计了一套复合模,解决了汽车车轴盖冲压一次成形的问题.分析了工件完成落料、拉伸、冲孔、翻边四道工序,一次冲压成形的工艺性,介绍了该复合模具的结构设计思路及装配工艺方法.突破了复合模只能完成三道工序的理念,在模具结构设计上有所创新,并给出了此类模具设计中结构参数的计算方法.
A set of compound die able to complete four procedure, i.e. blanking, drawing, punching, and flanging is designed to form an automobile axle-cap with single punching. The implementation of four procedures and processing characteristics of single-punching formation are analysed, and the designing strategy and assembling method for this compound die are also discussed, giving up the opinion that the compound die could have completed only three procedures and giving a novel designing strategy of die′s configuration as well as a computation method of constructional parameters for similar die design.
