摘要
根据精密剪切的原理,设计了精密剪切设备,在建立零部件模型的基础上,运用三维CAD工程应用软件Pro/Engineer对其进行了虚拟装配.通过自底向上、自顶向下的虚拟装配方法,实现了精密剪切部件的虚拟装配,为该设备的仿真和开发奠定了基础.
According to the principle of accurate shear, an accurate shearing equipment is designed. On the basis of establishing the model of parts to be processed, the shearing equipment is assembled in a virtual manner by using the application software Pro/Engineer provided by three-dimensional CAD. The virtual assembly of the components of accurate shearing equipment is implemented either from top to bottom or reversedly, providing a basis for simulation and development of this equipment.
