摘要
追求社会发展是每个国家和民族的共同愿望,而如何看待社会发展和经济发展的关系,树立什么样的“发展观”,则是至关重要的问题。要实现真正的发展——可持续的全面的社会发展,就要为其寻找真实的动力和坚实的基础,这真实的动力和坚实的基础就是提高劳动生产率、提高科技贡献率、提高管理效益、优化产业结构、提高国家经济质量,而这一切只能依靠科技、文化、教育、卫生等社会事业的发展和社会整体素质的提高。
Seeking social development is the common wish of countries and nations but how to treat the relations of the social development and
economic growth and what developing view to be set is of utmost importance. To realize the real development-the sustainable all-round
society development, we must seek the true force and solid basis which are to raise labour productivity, heighten scientific and technological contributing rate, increase managemental efficiency, optimize industrial structure and improve the national economic quality. All these depend on development of the social undertaking such as science and technology, culture, education and hygiene and improvement of the social qualities of the whole.
