介绍了涤纶织物碱减量三种工艺,其特点是:工艺一用练槽碱减量,减量前在溢流染色机中进行高温高压退浆、预缩,超喂预定形;工艺二用练槽退浆、碱减量;工艺三用同一溢流染色机连续进行退浆、碱减量、染色。
Three alkali deweighting processes for polyester fabrics are described, i. e., the first process is
carried out after desizing under high temperature and pressure in overflow dyeing machine, and
preshrinking and over-feed presetting; the second carried out after desizing in scouring trough;
while in the third process, desizing, alkali deweighting and dyeing are carried out consecutively in
one overflow dyeing machine.
