摘要
SFD507自动缫丝机采用机电一体化纤度控制装置,缩短车身,采用活络磁眼架、双重停(竹或)装置,成功地解决了高速自动缫丝中匀度下降,添渚能力不足,正绪茧供应不足及易出现丝条大故障问题;重点介绍了机电结合件纤度控制装置纤度控制原理,及保证机电结合件在高温多湿环境中正常工作的关键问题的解决方法。
The Automatic Reeling Machine SFD 507, characterized by electromechanically integrated
size controller, shorter machine body, movable ceramic guide bracket and double-layered reel stop
motion, effectively eliminates such troubles as evenness degrading due to high-speed automatic reel-
ing, inadequate end-feeding, short supply of correct end cocoons and liability to evenness defects.
This paper mainly describes the working principle of the electromechanical size controller and the
way to ensure controller′s normal operation under high temperature and humidity.
