有机肥及锌硼钼微肥对花生产量和品质的影响 被引量:47

Effects of organic manure and microelement fertilizer on the output and quality of peanut

摘要 采用盆栽试验研究了增施有机肥和锌硼钼微肥对花生产量和品质的影响.结果表明,在合理施用氮磷钾肥的基础上,增施有机肥和微肥可以明显促进花生的生长发育,提高产量,改善品质性状.其中增施有机肥可使花生主茎增高1~1.5cm,叶面积增加11.7%,根瘤数增加31.8%,提高产量13.95%,同时花生中可溶性糖的转化提高了8.7%,粗脂肪和蛋白质含量分别增加3.6%和4.5%;增施钼肥,可使花生的根瘤数增加39.7%,提高固氮能力,花生中粗脂肪含量、蛋白质的含量增加;增施锌肥可增产4.9%,蛋白质含量提高11.3%;增施硼肥可促进开花结果,增产8.9%,可溶性糖转化率提高12.1%. Pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of additional fertilization with organic manure and microelement on peanut yield and quality. The results showed that, on the basis of proper fertilization with N-P-K, additional fertilization with organic manure and microelement could significantly promote the growth of peanut, enhanced its yield and quality. Additional fertilization with organic manure could heighten the main stem by 1~1.5 cm, increased the leaf area and the root tumor and the yield by 11.7%, 31.8% and 13.9%, respectively. In the meantime, additional fertilization with organic manure had significant effects on peanut quality:The conversion rate of soluble sugar increased by 8.7%; the rough fat and the protein content increased by 3.6% and 4.5%, respectively. The results also indicated that additional fertilization with molybdenum (Mo) increased the number of peanut root tumor by 39.7%, thus the N-fixing ability enhanced, the content of rough fat and protein increased. Additional fertilization with zinc (Zn) increased the content of protein and yield by 11.3% and 4.9%, respectively. Additional fertilization with boron (B) promoted the blossom and bearing of plant, thus the yield increased by 8.9% and the conversion rate of soluble sugar increased by 12.1%.
