摘要
目的 :观察疏肝降脂方治疗脂肪肝的疗效。方法 :治疗组与对照组同服多酶片与绞股蓝总苷片 ,前者加服疏肝降脂方 ,后者加服复方丹参滴丸 ,1个月后作疗效对比观察。结果 :治疗组显效 2 1例 ,有效 1 2例 ,显效率为 5 8.3% ,总有效率为 91 .7% ;对照组显效 4例 ,有效 1 0例 ,显效率为1 3.3% ,总有效率为 4 6 .7%。两组显效率与总有效率比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Liver soothing and Lipid reducing Decoction(LSLRD) on fatty liver. Method: The patients in treatment and control groups were treated by polyenzyme tablets and gypenoside tablets at the same time, the former were treated by LSLRD,and compared with the latter by compound Danshen dripping pills for 1 month. Result: In treatment group, 21 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases ineffective. The rates of marked effect and total effectiveness were 58.3% and 91.7% respectively; while in control group, 4 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases ineffective. The markedly effective rate and the total effective rate were 13.3% and 46.7% respectively. There was significant difference in the markedly effective rate and the total effective rate between two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: LSLRD has a promising therapeutic effect on fatty liver.
