摘要
目的 :调查分析 3～ 6岁的学龄前儿童肥胖度与血压测量值的相关关系、肥胖度分层对血压的影响。 方法 :整群抽取广东省韶关市区四所幼儿园的 3～ 6岁儿童作为调查对象。测量身高、体重、血压 ,分析肥胖度与血压测量值之间的相关关系。将儿童按每周岁一个年龄组分为 4组 ,分析肥胖、超重、消瘦、正常各层 4组间血压测量值的差异以及各年龄组肥胖、超重、消瘦、正常各层间血压测量值的差异。 结果 :分析显示肥胖度与收缩压及舒张压之间均呈明显的正相关关系。 4组肥胖、超重、消瘦、正常各层间收缩压和舒张压测量值均存在非常显著的差异 (P <0 0 0 0 1)。 结论 :学龄前儿童单纯肥胖已经对血压产生明显的影响。儿童肥胖的预防应早在学龄前期进行相关教育和行为干预。
Objective: To investigate the influence of obesity on blood pressure in 3 6 years old children. Methods: Chester sampling of the children aged 3 to 6 in four local kinderga rtens in Shaoguan City, Guandong Province, was carried out. One thous and five hundred and eighteen childrens height, weight and blood pressure were measured. According to the WHO standards and with reference to those from Chinese c hildren of 9 cities in 1985, the children were divided into four obesity st ratifica tions: obese, overweight, normal and thin. The correlation of different obesity degrees with blood pressure was analyzed. The children were also di vided into four age groups :3, 4, 5, 6 years. In each age group, we analyzed the difference of blood press ure levels among the four obesity stratifications. And in each obesity stratific ation we analyzed the difference of blood pressure levels among the four age gro ups. Results: There was a positive correlation between obesity degrees a nd blo od pressure levels. Similarly, in each age group, the levels of systolic and di as tolic blood pressure hada significant difference among obesity stratification (p<0 0001). The systolic and diastol ic blood pressure levels increase with increasing age in normal children (p<0 0001). Conclusion: The results show that obesity influences blood pressure signif icantl y in 3 6 years old children. The cardiovascular risk factor is higher in obesit y children in the early time of childhood. It is necessary and important to preve nt obesity in preschool children.
