摘要
该文在分析东北黑土区水土流失现状、危害的基础上,论述了水土保持工作在黑土区商品粮基地建设中的地位和作用。笔者最后提出了黑土区防治水土流失的途径及措施。
Basde on the analysis of the existing conditions and damages caused by soiland water loss, this paper deals with the position and role of soil and waterconservation in the construction of commercial grain producing bases in the blackearth area. Eventually, the authors presented the approaches and measures of prevent-ing and controlling water and soil loss in the black earth area.
