摘要
早期研究结果表明在栽培花生种质资源中用分子标记技术只检测出很少的多态性,让人产生花生缺乏遗传变异的结论,但显然与花生的起源和进化研究结果相矛盾。另外通过对国内外花生种质资源的综合鉴定,几乎所有的性状都存在丰富的变异。本文综述了花生种质资源的遗传变异和产生的途径,以及花生DNA分子多态性的研究进展,认为花生栽培种在遗传性状和DNA分子水平上都存在丰富的变异。
Earlier studies using molecular marker technologies such as random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) have found no DNA variation among genotypes in cultivated peanut (A.hypogaea L.). These results led to the generalization that those accessions of A. hypogaea lack genetic variation. However, this is in complete contradiction to the results of other lines of investigations into the origin and evolution of A.hypogaea. Further, evaluation of peanut germplasm also shows significant levels of variation for almost all genetic traits. The literature review in this article includes genetic diversity in peanut germplasm, and approaches from which genetic diversity formed, and progress in the study of peanut molecular marker. A conclusion is that there is abundant variation in peanut germplasm for its genetic traits and its DNA molecule.
