37例SARS患者外周血白细胞变化与病程、影响因素的分析

摘要 目的 :研究传染性非典型肺炎 (SARS)患者在病情发展过程中白细胞变化的特点 ,影响因素及其治疗方案。方法 :以 37例SARS患者为研究对象 ,采用相对一致的治疗方案 ,定期化验外周血WBC、CD4 + 淋巴细胞 ,血培养、痰培养等。对其特点、病情和治疗做统计学分析。结果 :6 2 .1%患者在病程的 (15 .6 7± 5 .39)d出现WBC细胞上升 ,平均为 (15 .717± 3.4 1)× 10 9 L ,中性粒细胞比例 (84 .2± 10 .3) % ,其变化与临床分型、CD4 + 淋巴细胞降低 ,激素的使用、呼吸机的使用相关 ,抗生素治疗与轻、重症患者白细胞变化无明显关系。结论 :传染性非典型肺炎患者的病情发展过程中出现的WBC升高可能为继发细菌感染或自然病程所致 。 Objective:To analysis the characteristice、affecting factors of peripheral blood WBC of patients with severe acute respiratoy syndrome (SARS). Methods:Take 37 patients with SARS as examined WBC, CD4 +lymphocyte, blood and sputum culture periodically, then analyze them with clinical types and therapy with statistic method. Results:About 62.1% patients had high WBC count in (15.67 5.39) days during their clinic progression, the WBC count averages were (15.717 5.92)10 9/L,The rate of neutrophil was (84.2±10.9)%,The high WBC were related to clinic types, lower CD4 +lymphocyte, the uses of hormone and ventilator 22 of 37 patients were effecting by the use of antibiotics. Conclusion: The higher WBC count was probavly induced from the secondly bacteria infection or nature progess, and could not been cured by the use of antibiotics.
