摘要
介绍了一种功能较完备的动态驱动LCD视频控制芯片的设计 .通过借鉴已有的同类显示控制器的设计经验 ,完成了系统的功能定义和系统结构设计 .根据“自顶向下”的设计思想 ,将系统进行层次化功能划分 ,并用Verilog硬件描述语言对各模块进行了RTL实现 .对电路的逻辑功能和时序关系用Modelsim软件进行了仿真验证 。
The definition of systematic function was given and the design of systematic structure of the chip was made by using design experience of the same type of LCD controller chip for reference. In light of the “top-down” design method, the division of the LCD controller was analyzed, and the function of each module was discussed. The digital part of LCD controller was modeled by Verilog hardware description language. The Modelsim software was used to simulate and verify the design. The simulation results indicated that the design achieved the expected goals.
