摘要
针对数控设备售后服务与技术支持问题 ,提出基于Web的服务保障系统 .系统由E 服务平台、数控机床网关和远程终端三部分组成 .E 服务平台是一个特殊网站 ,它通过Internet向客户提供技术支持与服务 .数控机床网关是一个移动PC ,当机床发生故障时将其带到现场 ,采集机床PLC信息、视频信息和传感器信息 ,并将信息传送到E 服务平台供诊断分析 .远程终端可以是连接在Internet上的任何PC机 ,客户通过远程终端访问E 服务平台 。
A Web based service system was proposed with the aim of dealing with the aftermarket service of CNC machine. The system was composed of an E-service platform, CNC gateways and remote terminals. The E-service platform was a special website, supplying customer services and technical supports by Internet. The CNC gateway was a portable PC. When a CNC machine was dysfunctional, the CNC gateway was taken to the worksite. It was used to collect PLC data, sensor data and video data of the machine and to send these data to E-service platform for diagnosis. The remote terminal could be any PC linked with Internet and a browser was run on it. Customers could visit the E-service platform from the remote terminal and got high quality aftermarket services quickly.
