摘要
政府间转移支付是现代市场经济国家财政体制的必然产物,但我国的转移支付仍存在着多方面的问题。我们有必要从我国的实际国情出发,作深入的研究探讨,寻求解决的最佳方式和途径。
Inter-government transfer payment is the certain event in the modern market economy fiscal system from the international experience. But Inter-government transfer has several shortcomings, which are the roadblock for achieving the aim. It is very necessary for us to discuss this question in-depth , and to find the best method and approach to solve these problems.
