摘要
在固液相转移催化条件下,以PEG 400为催化剂,通过邻硝基苯甲酰氯与硫氰酸铵反应合成了中间体邻硝基苯甲酰基异硫氰酸酯.该中间体不需分离,可直接与芳胺反应,获得较高产率的N 芳基 N′ 邻硝基苯甲酰基硫脲衍生物.初步的生物活性实验表明,目标化合物对小麦具有显著的促进生长的功效.
Under the condition of solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis,using PEG-400 as the catalyst, o -nitrobenzoyl isothiocyanate is synthesis by the reaction of o -nitrobenzoyl chloride and ammonium thiocyanate.The later need not be isolated and can react with aromatic amine immediately to give N-aryl-N′-( o -nitrobenzoyl)thiourea derivatives in high yield.The promoting effects of the title compounds on wheat growth are tested preliminary.
