摘要
本研究表明,采用次矾土等工业原料和工业废渣在1300℃下可以烧成Alite-C_(11)A_7·CaF_2型水泥熟料。325号粉煤灰水泥中掺入17Wt%Alite-C_(11)A_7·CaF_2熟料后,强度约可提高1个标号,其增强效果优于600号硅酸盐水泥熟料。AFt的早期形成和Alite水化的加速是粉煤灰水泥强度得以提高的重要原因。
The research outcome reveals that Alite-C_(11)A_7CaF_2 cement clinker can be produced by using inferior bauxite from industrial waste under the temperature of 1300℃ . When 17 wt% of Alite-C_(11)A_7CaF_2 clinker are added to fly ash cement #~325, the strength will be raised by some 10 MPa, and the strength of cement will even be higher than ~# 600 Portland cement clinker. The early formation of AFT and the acceleration of Alite hydration are the main reasons for upgrading the strength of fly ash cement.
