摘要
作者在我国首次系统地用有限元法分析水泥回转窑轮带与筒体的应力和变形,在此基础上将该分析的前、后处理程序化,从而在微机上初步实现了轮带与筒体的有限元法设计。文章给出了轮带、筒体的有限元法分析的力学模型。其计算结果与现场测试所反映的实际情况相符,因而比传统计算更准确。这一工作也是回转窑轮带、筒体以至托轮的整体有限元法分析、设计的基础,是天津院开发的回转窑机械CAD工作的一个重要组成部分。
It is the first time to use the finite element method systematically on stress and de formation analysis of rotary kiln tyre and shell in China. On this basis, the programming of pre-& post-processing of the analysis are made, and the design of tyre & shell with FEM can then be carried out on a personal computer. This paper gives the mechanical model of the above analysis. The calculated result conforms to(?)actual condition reflected in field test, and therefore it is more accurate than conventional method of calculation. This is a fundamental work on designing tyres, shell and rollers as a whole system by means of FEM, and is an important part of Rotary kiln MCAD developed by TCDRI.
