摘要
本文客观分析了西部地区经济发展的信息制约因素 ,预测了在西部大开发中高校图书馆信息服务的广阔前景 ,从转变观念强化信息服务意识、开发各种数据库、加强与用户的合作与交流三个方面 ,提出了深化高校图书馆信息服务职能的策略。
The paper objectively analyzes the information factors confining the economic development of western region, makes a broad forecast for university libraries information service in west development, raises the tactics of further strengthening the functions of university libraries information service in enhancing the sense of information service, develops various databases, and makes double efforts to cooperate and communicate with the users
