摘要
目的制备复方愈麻美芬缓释片并对释药机理进行研究。方法以HPMC为骨架材料 ,采用湿法制粒 ,制备了复方愈麻美芬缓释片。以释放试验研究了缓释片的释药机理。结果复方愈麻美芬缓释片中盐酸伪麻黄碱和氢溴酸右美沙芬的释药符合一级释放 ,愈创木酚甘油醚的释药符合Higuchi方程。结论采用HPMC为骨架材料 ,结合其他辅料 ,制备复方愈麻美芬缓释片。经释放机理的研究证明其缓释作用。
Objective To prepare the sustained-release tablets of Yumameifen.Methods The sustained-release tablets,including guaifenesin,pseudophedrine hydrochloride and dextromethorph hydrobromide were prepared by the wet granulation method,using hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC) as the matrix material.The release mechanism was investigated through the dissolution tests.Results The result showed that the pseudophedrine hydrochloride and dextromethorph hydrobromide releasing rate from the tablets followed the first order equation,guaifenesin releasing rate followed the Higuchi equation.Conclusions Through studying of the release mechanism,the releasing behaviors of the drugs are further clarified.
