摘要
根据设备可靠性理论 ,在对设备故障类型及其分布曲线进行分析的基础上 ,提出了以设备故障率分布情况为依据来选择定期预防维修方式或状态监测维修方式的维修策略 ,该策略有助于实现设备寿命周期费用最优化。
According to plant reliability theory,this paper analyses plant failure tyes and their distribution curves. On the basis of the analysis,we draw the conclusion that maintenance decision should be made depending on the distribution of plant failure rate. This maintenance decision can help to minimize the Life Cycle Cost (LCC).
