摘要
主要目的在于以图论为基础 ,提出一种齿轮系构造的图画表示法 ,并以此图画表示法表示齿轮系的拓朴构造与运动构造 ,作为齿轮系运动构造分析与设计的依据。首先 ,推展复接头运动链图画表示法与矩阵表示法 ,提出一新图画以有效地表示齿轮系 ,并推导相关的基本规则 ;接着 ,以此图画表示法重新定义齿轮系的运动构造表示法 ;最后 ,提出齿轮系基本回路与运动方程关系式 ,并推导一系统化方法 ,以进行齿轮系的运动分析。
Gear trains have the advantages of high-speed reduction and capability of differential drive,so they are often used in transmission systems. In this paper,a graph representation and matrix representation is used to represent the kinematic structure of the gear trains. These representations are based on graph theory and the methodology of fundamental circuits for gear trains. Based on the proposed representations,the kinematics of the gear trains is analyzed. Finally,a systematic method is further developed for the analysis of the kinematics of general gear trains. The results of this work are used as a tool to design the general gear trains.
