摘要
目的 :用HPLC法测定甲磺酸培氟沙星胶囊的含量。方法 :采用XDB C8柱 (4.6mm× 15 0mm) ,以冰醋酸 甲醇 水(1%∶5 0∶5 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 76nm。结果 :平均回收率为 99.6 % ,RSD为 1.0 %。结论 :该方法准确可靠 ,适合于甲磺酸培氟沙星胶囊的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of pefloxacin mesylate capsules.Method: A XDB-C 8 column( 4.6 mm×15 cm) was used.The mobile phase was acetic acid glacial-methanol-water(1%∶50∶50), and a detecting wavelength was at 276 nm. Result: The average recovery was 99.6%, RSD was 1.0%. Conclusion: The method is reliable, accurate, and very suitable to content determination of pefloxacin mesylate capsules.
