摘要
文章通过对汽车需求量、产量的预测,考虑生产力水平进步的作用,构造上海汽车工业人才需求的预测模型,利用历史数据回归分析,预测人才需求的总量。对产业进行具体的考察,预测几个重点类别的人才需求。
Based on the analysis and forecast of auto demand and auto production volume, productivity progress index model and talent demand forecast model are constructed. With these models, talent demand is forecasted for Shanghai auto industry. On this basis, through deep survey of the sector, the demand for much - needed - talent is analyzed.
